Start your journey of discovering the tastes, fragrances and colours of Istria at breakfast. The focus is on the chefs preparing select specialities inspired by local ingredients in the restaurant’s show kitchen. A celebration of Istrian and Mediterranean flavours, à la carte dishes are served from 1 to 10.30 pm. The stories of Istrian tradition are told by dishes such as Istrian minestrone, handmade Istrian pasta (fuži) with porcini mushrooms and truffles, or risotto with Adriatic prawns and Pag island cheese, as well as other unique dishes created by our chefs.
