The Rovinj and Istrian Weaves tasting menus bear Scarello’s immediately recognisable signature, conceived around the idea of balance, transformation and a deep connection with the surrounding territory. Inspired by the meeting point of sea and land, and by the coexistence of blue and green Istria, they bring together seafood from the Rovinj archipelago, wild herbs, olives, black truffles and citrus fruits through Agli Amici’s refined Italian culinary identity, creating a dining experience deeply connected to Rovinj and its surroundings.
