Cap Aureo Split reflects the Adriatic through its landscapes, seasons and flavours, interpreted with curiosity and refinement. Set high above the city at Grand Marjan Hotel, the restaurant draws inspiration from the sea and its surroundings, allowing each season to shape the experience. Under the creative direction of Jeffrey Vella, who also leads the vision for Cap Aureo Rovinj, where the story began, and brought to life by the resident chefs and their teams, the menu unfolds as a journey from north to south, with Split giving it a character distinctly its own. At its heart, Cap Aureo is guided by exceptional ingredients. Regional produce, local knowledge and contemporary craftsmanship come together in cuisine defined by precision, discovery and storytelling.
